Legal
Terms of Service
Last updated · July 2026
These terms govern your use of Quarro, a legal-research platform for licensed professionals. By using Quarro you agree to them. If you're agreeing on behalf of a firm, you confirm you're authorized to bind it.
1. What Quarro provides
Quarro retrieves and synthesizes primary legal authority — constitutions, statutes, rules, precedent, hearing transcripts, and judgments — and returns research with citations to those sources. You are responsible for independently verifying every authority before you rely on it or file it.
2. Your account
Keep your credentials confidential and your account information accurate. You're responsible for activity under your account. Access is licensed to you or your firm and may not be shared, resold, or sublicensed without our written agreement.
3. Acceptable use
Your use must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. In particular, do not enter privileged or client-identifying information you are not authorized to share, and do not use Quarro to break any law or court rule.
4. No guarantee of outcomes
Quarro is provided "as is." We work to keep results accurate and grounded in real sources, but we do not warrant that results are complete, current, or fit for a particular matter, and we do not guarantee any legal outcome. Your professional judgment governs.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quarro is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any decision made or filing submitted in reliance on the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new date, and where required we'll notify you. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
