Quarro is built for licensed legal professionals doing lawful research. This policy keeps the service safe, confidential, and trustworthy for everyone who relies on it.

1. Who may use Quarro

Licensed attorneys, and the staff they authorize, working within their professional and ethical obligations. Access is licensed to you or your firm and may not be shared, resold, or sublicensed.

2. Use it lawfully

Comply with applicable law, court rules, and your rules of professional conduct. Do not use Quarro to facilitate anything unlawful.

3. Protect confidential information

Do not enter privileged or client-identifying information you are not authorized to share. You are responsible for what you input and for meeting your own confidentiality duties.
