Attorneys trust Quarro with sensitive research. This page explains, in plain terms, what we collect, how we protect it, and the promises we hold ourselves to.

Your research is yours. We never use a client's matter to train or improve our model, and we never sell your data.

1. What we collect

Two things: the account details you give us (name, firm, work email), and the research you run — the issues, jurisdictions, and questions you enter to get a cited memo. We collect only what's needed to provide the service.

2. How we use it

To run your research, keep your account secure, and support you. That's it. We do not use your matters for advertising, and we do not build a profile of your clients.

3. We never train on your matters

What you research stays isolated to your firm. It is never used to teach the system or improve it for anyone else. There is no cross-firm learning from your work.

4. Security

Your searches and documents are encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Access is scoped per firm, and administrative access is audit-logged.

5. Keeping and deleting your data

You hold the eraser. Close a matter or your account and its record is purged — from the working store and from backups. We honor deletion and export requests promptly.

6. Sharing

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their own use. We use a small set of infrastructure providers (for hosting, email, and payments) under contracts that require them to protect your data and use it only to serve you.

7. Contact

Privacy questions or a data request: [email protected].
